These terms apply when you use hellopawfolk.com or buy from Pawfolk. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are. Pawfolk is an online store run from Ontario, Canada. Contact us at hello@hellopawfolk.com.
2. Orders. Orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item can't be produced or a price is shown in error.
3. Prices and payment. Prices include free standard shipping. Payment is taken when you place your order. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
4. Made to order. Every item is printed on demand. Small variations in colour and print placement are normal.
5. Shipping. Delivery times in our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns and refunds. See our Refund Policy.
7. Our designs. The designs, images and text on this site belong to Pawfolk and may not be copied or resold.
8. Liability. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order applies to that order.
