Refund policy

Every Pawfolk item is printed on demand just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you don't need to send anything back. Email hello@hellopawfolk.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds go to your original payment method.
